About the author

Charles D. Hepler is Distinguished Professor Emeritus in the Department of Pharmacy Health Care Administration of the University of Florida College of Pharmacy. Until his retirement in 2004 he was Distinguished Professor and Director of the Center for Research in Pharmaceutical Care at the University of Florida. He was Visiting Professor in the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, University of Manchester, England from 2000 - 2003.
