Comprehensive. Li Wei's Chap 1 was a fantastic review. It cleared my mind about the several streams of bilingualism which I had always messed up. Lanza's chapter is heartfelt as her other work - in that she tells you everything even give you a sample of consent form. Cashman's chapter also gave a good critical review on using conversation analysis in bilingualism. This handbook covers topics for both qualitative and quantative methods. A must for researchers in multilingualism.
