The Devil Wears Prada by Frederic P. Miller is a story about Andrea who wants to get ahead in the journalism business and she is determined to make it happen. When she was called in to do an interview at Runway, all of the red flags were waving high and proud. She should have turned and ran in the other direction in an instant. But the promise of pretty much anything she wanted in the writing world after just one year of working as Miranda Priestly's assistant was too much too big of an opportunity. Once she got the job, her world turned around. She had to become a "fashonista" in order to fit in at Runway Magazine and soon she is caught up in the ambience around her. She began to have relationship problems with all her loved ones and decided that she wasn't the person she originally wanted to be. Once she quit Runway and opportunity opened up to her at a newspaper and finally got to do what she wanted to. I enjoyed this novel because it showed me to take chances. In order to move up in life you have to take some risks in order to achieve. I enjoyed this novel because I also enjoy fashion and wanted to learn more about how the business works.

great story! membukakan pikiran gw soal fashion n pentingnya hal itu serta sibuknya kehidupan di New York. karakter tokoh2nya kuat. n seru melihat perjuang Andy dan gimana ia bisa fantastis berubah menjadi fashionable n layak menjadi asisten Miranda yg super perfeksionis. dan endingnya: unpredictable!
