What kind of name is Mason Templar? Why did the adaptors bring the Templars into the story? And the names on the list when Tomomi is checking is she's gotten into the school: they were absolutely ridiculous!
I still like the manga, though. It has this 1990s looks and I love it.
The story is simple but the main characters are more believable than the ones appearing in some of the manga I've read recently. I like their characterization, even if it a bit polarized (one is good at sport and the other is a good at school).
I don't like Mason, though. He's fishy.

Marah karena diremehkan terus oleh Masaki, kekuatan ESP Yuya muncul lagi. Diawali dengan rasa sakit yang terasa seperti membelah kepala Yuya, setelahnya muncul gempa yang sangat keras. Anehnya gempa itu terjadi hanya di kelas itu saja.
Di sekolah itu, Masaki disambut oleh kepala sekolah dengan hangat karena lulus ujian masuk dengan nilai tertinggi. Keluarganya juga memberikan donasi yang sangat besar bagi sekolah. Masaki kemudian menjadi ketua komite festival budaya dan menunjuk Mikage untuk berperan sebagai Alice dalam drama sekolah Alice in Wonderland. Di tengah aktingnya di atas panggung, tiba-tiba Mikage melayang begitu saja seolah ada yang menyihir.
Rupanya, Masaki yang membuat Mikage terbang dengan kekuatan telekinesisnya. Dia mengetahui kekuatan serum ESP ciptaan Mikage. Selain Yuya, rupanya kekuatan ESP Pak Kageura yang membuatnya bisa mengeluarkan sinar dari matanya juga kembali. Masaki ternyata anggota sebuah organisasi ESP. Dia ingin merekrut Mikage dan Tomomi. Percakapannya dengan anggota organisasi melalui ponsel tak sengaja didengar oleh Yuya. Dengan kekuatannya, Masaki membuat Yuya melupakan percakapan tersebut. Benar-benar tokoh yang berbahaya Masaki ini.
Tes masuk SMA kemudian dimulai. Karena sudah belajar keras, Tomomi berhasil masuk ke sekolah yang sama dengan Yuya, Mikage, dan Hideaki. Yuya lalu mengajak Tomomi kencan.
Di hari pertama masuk sekolah, duo kembar terlambat. Untuk mengatasi itu, mereka ingin menggunakan teleportasi. Namun, ketika berpegangan tangan, muncul sinar terang yang sebelumnya tak pernah terjadi. Sebenarnya ada apa?

Di buku ketiga ini mulai kelihatan perkembangannya. Karakterisasinya terasa lebih flash out terutama si kembar dan yuya. Plot is getting thicken too since franz comes out to the scene

Mason Templar knows their secret and about the formula Toni made. Mason wants the formula and he'll do whatever it takes to get it. Toni and Mika have Jackson and Chris, but Mason is psychic too. They know they will have to be careful.
This series just seems to keep getting better. I really like Chris and Jackson, as well as Toni and Mika. I know Mr. Kageura was the bad guy in the first two books, but in this book he seems to turn into a more likeable character. He can be really funny and definitely weird at times. And talk about ending on a cliffhanger! I'll have to see if the library has the next volume.

if only there was an annoying neighbor named rodger in this. might have added some fun. good thing this was also a dollar. watching sister sister would have been more entertaining, plus i don't have to track that down in speciality bookstores. the plot gets more complex in this, but i still don't really care. plus there seems to be lots of people with alterior motives, totally not kosher with me. i like straight-forwardness and cunning plots, not two-faced deals. ah, those bad guys are the best.
