The book is a collection of research papers that focus on different aspects of Sindh's history. Some of it shed light upon the archeology while others deal with religion and culture. It also covers medieval history as well as modern history, particularly Karachi as the focus. It is not just Muslims the book covers but also Sindhi Hindu diaspora that spreads across the border. It is a must read for history enthusiasts who wish to know French perspective of Sindh's history.
