So I really liked this book and I really like how it included pretty much everything in this decade. There’s just one small, tiny problem. It censors The Wad on Drugs. Actually, it’s not even mentioned. Which is a problem, because a lot of people get hooked on drugs in their teens. Or need medication. I get that it’s a teen book, but the 60s was the time when drugs became heavy usage. Especially at the places this book mentions, Woodstock, group homes etc. I do think it’s time to stop censoring these topics in books.

This is a great book if you want to know about some of our U.S history. It has great info and it was cool to know that the 1960s was a very unique decade with the space race and other things too.
