I thought this book was very informational and good. It has a lot of information on how to get help and what depression really is. This is a very heavy topic that is very serious and is taking the lives of so many people today. This book about suicide has a lot of very powerful information and graphs about how much the suicide rate has gone up each year. I think that the author wrote this book to prove that suicide is very serious and so many people take their lives each year, and the author did just that. They really put it out there that suicide is important and very bad. This is probably the most powerful and effective book I’ve ever read. It had so many shocking facts that just take you breathe away. It is really sad that so many people do it though. There really are no weaknesses of this book. It has so much information and so many points made and they are really sad. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this book to people because it’s such a hard topic, only if they are going through the thoughts of it and need help. But if you want to learn more about this topic and are ready for the heartbreaking facts, then I would recommend this book. This book is part of a series but not about suicide. So if they did come out with more books about suicide. I would for sure read them, because I know a couple people who need a bit of help and so I want to help them out as much as I can.
Also I rate this book 5 STARS!
