If you are looking for a short, concise, yet informative book on Martin Luther, this book is for you. Despite its size (only 192 pages total), it is actually very comprehensive. It give you a good place to start especially if you are just getting to know the great German reformer.
It definitely helped me when I was trying to write my History Thesis in College a while back~!
A very informative book on the life and theology of Martin Luther. The knowledge contained within it is high quality (5/5), but I give it a three because, when it comes to the book’s narrative form, it is slightly lacking.
Anyone needing a quick (90 page) overview of Luther should check this book out. Just know it is more academic in nature than others that may be available.
Robinson's book was a fantastic, unbiased intoduction to Martin Luther, the Protestant Reformation, and a summary of the historical context - life in medieval Germany.
