This is a cute and accurate tool for kids and some adults, too to find out how the legislative process works.
The tale takes place in the Oklahoma State Capitol, but the basic process of the movement through the idea, file, hearing and voting could cover all legislative processes including Congress.
It's not long, it's far from boring. The illustrations are bright and attention keeping.
Highly recommend it for anyone.
