It's always hard to rate a book that has the word "diet" in it. So for the sake of being fair, this is just my initial rating until I actually try this one out.
So far, I've actually found much of what Jorge has put into the introduction to be intriguing. For me, personally though, the idea of eating every three hours is a completely foreign concept. I'm not a binge eater or even an emotional eater. Heck, I don't even enjoy snacking. So while his logic seems sound, I'll have to test this out and see for myself.
