Overall, I enjoyed this story except for the sex scenes but that's personal preference.

The characters were well-defined, the sense of place, great while the suspense kept me engaged.

I enjoyed the writing style - the best thing, in my opinion.

Worth a look.

Very Good!

Very enjoyable romantic suspense mystery. There are 2 separate stories; one ! involving the hotel owner and the other a young woman, threatened after testifying in a robbery case, vacationing, safely she thinks, on a canal boat on he Thames! Plot moves between the 2 situations.

Great!

I love the romantic mystery. The characters were good. The plots (yes plural) were excellent. I have read several of Martin's series. I have missed one. I think men and women.an would enjoy them.

Double trouble.

A great read two stories running parallel with one another but with different plots . Only problem is it ended too abruptly . Left me wanting more.
