The ideas are fine, but the presentation wasn't helpful to me. It might be helpful to people who are more visually oriented and feel more compartmentalized psychologically.

This book is for psychos. Too complex. Boring.

A self-help program. Some good bits, but nothing revolutionary. Or it just didn’t speak to me.

In Chapter 9, foreword from someone who is in the book I plan to read "dark side of the light chasers". I recommended this read to my therapist, as well as Dr. Luana's book "Bold Move" that I am also listening to on audiobook.

I am reading material on therapy, tactics, methodologies, etc. to help future clients and my own self-care. I also want to make sure this major is what I want to do as a future psychologist, or professional clinical counselor therapist.

Awaken your strongest self! I love the title too, awaken the best in you, purpose-driven self, and God-willed self.

I wrote numerous tools that I can use as a person, for both work, home, and even school. I even read the appendixes which shows different tools or charts to help reduce your stress and see your goals come into fruition. I did a few of them before finishing the reading.

I'm putting this on the DNF shelf. I like Neil Fiore and read his previous book, The Now Habit and had hopes for this one. Ultimately I realized it didn't fit ME right now and thus after skimming the TOC and reading the first chapter have put it aside. I'm not at a place where this book will make an impact.

The book contains many tools for self-development, but I wish the practical part (exercises) were presented separately because I feel I'll go back to this book many times and wouldn't like to browse page after page to come with a particular exercise.

Our subconscious defines our character, our attitude in life choices. This is why, by analyzing the past and our reactions to different situations along the path we trod and continue to tread, we can reveal our paradigm, our operating system.
Inspiring book!
