I hate baking and cooking so the fact that these are easy recipes to bake different kinds of bread is a win. The photographs are great and show delicious looking bread. There is a glossary at the end and a table of contexts at the beginning. The book explains the tools and how to make the bread well. Easy to understand!

Our oldest loves to cook and she brought this book home from her elementary school library. It's a short book that explains how to make a couple of quick breads.

The instructions are simple and the photographs help depict the steps. The breads look delicious and she is eager to make some. It's a fast read and I like that it emphasizes cooking safety and working with adults when baking.
