When I was fifteen I published my first poem. I knew then I’d never stop writing and as I grew, I realized that if I could write for a living, I’d be the happiest version of myself. So here I am!
I have an MFA in Writing from Emerson College and a BA in Literature from Hobart and William Smith College.
I am a hospitality veteran, with eleven years in restaurants under my belt and nine years of cocktail development.
I have a strong background in social media management from managing restaurants and their social media pages along with several other businesses along the way.
As a former bartender and server I can say this book is delight and captures a lot of the knowledge you can only get from working in the service industry over a lot years and makes it easy to understand and fun to read. Yes I know that's a run on sentence. Maybe you should be less judgy and start drinking delicious concoctions like this book recommends to loosen up.
Loved this book! Just when I think I know enough about bars, ordering, and cocktails in general, I pick up a book like this and end up muttering to myself, “I didn’t know that.”
