Such a delight, this book of Seabrook's dazzling watercolours is just wonderful to have around one's life. It's spiral bound with a supporting back, so you can place it on your desk at work, or on your kitchen counter, or even on your bedside table. The sayings are simple and brief, but the associated artwork is hilarious.

I can never forget the chipmunk trying to cram a hazelnut into its mouth with the text, 'Every time I hear the word "exercise", I wash my mouth out with chocolate.'
