I love Clare's journey and she's truly an inspiration to women every where! I read this in kindle unlimited when I was looking for something to help keep me educated and on track with my fitness journey and this did the job. Like another Reviewer said this is nothing new and the information has been said before but Clare does it in a way that's easy to digest. Please pick this up if you have no clue what or how to even start your fitness journey. She gives good advice for beginners. Not for veterans to the fitness world, I feel like this book would not be for you.
I buy books all the time and start to read them or skim them and never finish. I love you from TikTok, it red like being with a trainer/great friend that tells fascinating stories.
I was doing everything wrong. So I downloaded the MyFitnessPal app and I bought the devotion, pro Tien and three different flavors and I’m ready to take it up a notch. I will send you photos.
This was ok for someone who stats out knowing nothing. But it was really no go that was ypthat interesting or even that specific. No description of exercises. No descriptions of meal plans. Tired old tropes about having to eat every few hours, It was not very well written, with terrible punctuation. Not worth reading. God bless her for being in shape and wanting to share though.
If you're beginning your weight training this book will save you a lot time. At 65 this book has really help me avoid injuries while still allowing me to push a bit. The results for me are as good as they were 30 years ago. Don't delay time flies by too quick. Good luck.
Absolutely loved this book! The points and advice throughout the book made things click for my fitness journey and helped me put missing pieces together. Great for anyone who is starting on their fitness journey or has tried and failed several times (this is me) and just need that extra clarity and motivation that you can do it.
This book is user friendly and relatable. She makes things understandable without it feeling like she is talking down to you. There is so much great info in here for beginners or people like me trying to get back on track.

I always like to read the latest and greatest fitness books. This is a great book for all the basics - macros, food, alcohol, weight training, and cardio.
Fantastic book! Love all the information on how to workout, what supplements to potentially take and what they will help you accomplish to terrific tips and meal planning ideas. Great info on how to plan and be successful in transforming your body.
