There are some good ideas in here, but the books spends a lot more time trying to help you become the kind of person to go against the norm rather than just explaining why a specialized private trust is beneficial, how it works, who this information is relevant for, and how to get started. It spends a lot of time pursuading there is a problem with mainstream approaches to wealth building, but if I'm picking up this book I'm already aware of many of these issues. It was a lot of repetitious, hoorah fluff with strong Christian themes and historical context, but the overall message seemed useful for the right audience. It takes almost the whole book for him to recommend his own firm for those with a net worth between $3-$50 million as a potential good fit for his services.
