За зміст двійка, але за рецепти четвірка. У сумі трійка, трохи з натяжкою.

Я чекала, що в частині Розум, езотерики все ж буде менше. А писати про наукові дослідження, не даючи першоджерел на них, це фіфіфі і мувітон. Не треба так робити.

This is great for beginners like myself. It’s an easy to follow roadmap for creating my own mindful eating practice. A bonus is that the last chapter is dedicated to one-bowl recipes to try. This is a book I’ll be going to back to more than once.

Є розділи, де авторка пише відверту маячню про енергію їжі і бла - бла, якщо цей момент не брати до уваги, то книга - непоганий посібник для початківця з добіркою рецептів
