There's a trend in Japanese art that... I don't really get. Well, I do get it, but I don't like it. Or maybe I sometimes like it? But more because "it's weird" than because "it's sexy." It's like some Cronenberg shit. Anyway, what I mean is some people draw girls' armpits to look like spread pussies. The idea, I'm sure, is that you can't draw raw, uncensored pussies in Japan, so you look for other ways around it. Like getting around dick censorship with tentacles. Go read Berserk, and you'll see a lot of dick-monsters, as well as pussy-monsters. But otherwise I don't get "Why armpits?" Or it's a "chicken or the egg" thing; do we draw armpits to look like pussies to show pussies without showing pussies, or are artists paying homage to armpit fetishism by drawing a closer link to pussies? It's hard to say, especially since no one really draws feet to look like pussies, or anything. Anyway, Desire Pandora is, I think, I weird case where I was aware of the manga beforehand, but forgot about it, and bought it for reasons different from how I learned about it. Pretty sure, at least. That is, at some point, I saw images possibly relating to Roselia and her armpits, but possibly her or someone else's feet, or the red-haired chick's abs or ass, or something. Whatever the case, I found the manga was being translated and uploaded to ExH, of all places. Not usually a site where I'd follow serialized manga, though I do recall using it to read Oddman Eleven back in the day. There were only a few uploads on ExH at the time, and I cannot recall if they were uploaded by chapter, or by volume, or a continually updated batch of all chapters translated so far. Whatever the case, I didn't actually read much of it at the time, because ExH is a place for porn, and Desire Pandora isn't really porn. Not technically, at least. So, time passed, and I don't remember... I think I did know what this manga was when I saw the armpits on RightStuf and bought the volume, but what I think happened was that I'd forgotten about my original experience of the manga before buying Volume 2 (I collected four volumes before finally sitting down and reading this first one all the way through).
I guess it's important to note this, so I will: I say this manga isn't technically porn, because it's not penis-in-vagina porn (or penis-in-butt, or vagina-against-vagina, or what-have-you). That's the thing that's... tricky(?)... about armpit and foot fetishes. You can have dudes beating off to feet without necessarily beating off to e.g. footjobs. Or... however awkward way you're expected to fuck an armpit. These are almost purely aesthetic fetishes, aided by the inherently non-sexual nature of the body parts in question. You can jack off to boobs or butts in a vacuum, boobs or butts just sitting there, not jostling about during regular fucking or anything. But boobs and butts also tie into "normal" sexual desire through biological drives to reproduce; boobs to feed children, butts to signify hip/pelvis shape for birthing children. That whole thing. In this regard, at least, Desire Pandora is more approachable/palatable because Tsukasa's interest in smell is more about pleasant soapy smells, or, at worst, sweat. Rather than actual B.O. for armpits, or the endless "cheese versus vinegar" debate for feet (which is always a weird thing, but at the end of the day it's probably less-weird than pushing a lust for butts into fart or scat fetishes, so... there are degrees to everything).

If you like armpits or feet this is the manga for you.
Though I am not interested in either, the art style and character design is honestly beautiful.
Though some of the design choices of some body parts looking like other body parts is kinda interesting.
I will keep reading for interest of what happens.
