When everything touched by the moon, likewise submits to the sigh of tides or to the sweet sways of the eclipse.

In this dazzling,
mapped-out delirium,
I still don't know
whether to be the country I'm crossing
or the journey across.

I am what is missing
from the world I inhabit,
the One
I'll never meet.
Spinning, I coincide
with what I lack.
I am my own eclipse,
my absence, melancholy,
the geometrical object
I'll need forever to do without.

dal mondo in cui vivo,
colui che tra tutti
non incontrerò mai.
