by Seyoung Kim Prince Jed learns the true nature of the apothecary's mysterious tribe, their role in the true history of his parents, his mother's great sacrifice to save them, and the rise of his murderous half-brother, the Crown Prince. Little does Jed realize that the village has dark political designs of its own, and they somehow involve Nicole - leaving Jed increasingly desperate to end the marriage.
I thought the gender switch at the beginning of this volume was a cheap shot. But, I find Jed's mother's history more interesting than his own, despite that weird bit.
The dialogue and plot in this volume is disjointed again. I don't really understand the problem between Jed and Nicole - it merely seems to have to do with Nicole's naivete, but they make a HUGE deal over it, and then fix it easily. Also, the problem between Reiny and Glehwin is confusing. Again, so many characters make the politics and relationships within this series confusing.
OMG...what a surprise... The secret of Herot Tribe... o_O No wonder they all look so beautiful yet sad...
Super tragedy love story... T_T The parents (the first generations in this manhwa) never get together with their loved one... so sad... I hope their child (the second generations which all main characters) will have a better ending...
