This guide to the stock market discloses what goes on and who gets rich, provides an overview of money markets and how they work, discusses investment theories and strategies, and uncovers stories of the big investment scandals.
Read this book very early into my interest in the markets. Provides a generally good overview. However, I’ve re-read it since and it has in parts become outdated. Also, on reflection the books information is perhaps too basic.
A tad useful if you are a British resident. Doesn’t really explain “how the stock market really works”. It’s more like “a guide to what to invest in if you are a Brit and what they are”.
