This book is about how I was able to perceive life from a stand-point of what others call trauma. Despite the view and the voices of others. In times of our lives we are often faced with challenges and obstacles that will deter us from what we think is called love. There are so many people in the world who are looking for love and quite often we have it right in front of our faces. However, we can find it challenging to see our own love because we don't feel that what we have as love is strong enough, good enough or just down right loving enough. Even as this book was being written I challenged its views because of how I myself as a person saw life and love. I have learned that the love that I was looking for has always been inside of me. Yet, my challenge was not just using love first in all that I do as a person for and with others, but more so to use love first on myself, so that others can benefit as well. That has been my greatest challenge. I offer this book as a potential guide or perspective to help others see that all you have to do is use a little love first on yourself. What you do to yourself you do to everyone else, using love first is be a gateway so that others can feel accepted by not just you and those around them but to simple accept once's self. You just got to use a little love first.
