I did the photos for this book and I have to say I loved the recipes... probably one of the favorite books I've shot. The salsas are delicious, as are the braised meats. Plus, there are some terrific veggie taco options.

Made some yummy Winter Squash Tacos with crema and fiery chile de arbol tomatillo salsa from this book. It looks like a treasure trove of other fantastic taco recipes- great comfort food for an Alaskan winter!
