Reversing Multiple Sclerosis: 9 Effective Steps to Recover Your Health

Rate this book
Multiple sclerosis is a debilitating disease that has long been regarded almost beyond the possibility of successful treatment. For many patients a diagnosis of MS has meant the end of a normally functioning life. Not any longer.

Celeste Pepe was a vigorous 42, a busy chiropractor and naturopath, when she got an MS diagnosis.

What does an expert in alternative medicine do when she gets seriously ill? Dr. Pepe realized it was time to put her deep belief in alternative medicine to the test. She resolved to find and employ effective natural ways to reverse this condition and restore her health. She did, and her multiple sclerosis is now a thing of the past.

Dr. Pepe's remarkable healing odyssey took her through many disciplines, theories, and practices in the world of natural medicine, and into the depths of her own body and mind. In the end, she distilled her successful treatment into a program that any MS patient can follow to restore health. She explains this with clarity, medical precision and a strong measure of encouragement.

Using her own healing experience, Dr. Pepe explains the steps that can help the MS patient turn the corner on this disease: detailed nutrient testing and fortification, bee venom treatment, allergy testing and dietary changes, personally tailored nutritional plans, the use of specialized supplements, chelation therapy, regular exercise, and the replacement of mercury amalgam dental fillings. "I truly believe that if you diligently apply these healing protocols, which I have learned, you will no longer be known as an 'MS victim, '" says Dr. Pepe.

I never though I would give this book such a bad review but in this case, I would shoot the messenger, but not the message. The author, Celeste Pepe is not the person you want to get advice for MS from. Her misinformation and huge ego is more than I can handle. From the reviews on Amazon.com, I'm not alone.

From the first two chapters where she hops around to multiple doctors doing the same thing hoping for different diagnostic results (not something most people have the option of doing) to where she wrongly states that the drug, Betaseron is a "beta blocker" which is it NOT gives you an idea of what I mean. You cant help but to roll your eyes at Pepe constant flaunting her lavish lifestyle, from the personal cooks to the "privacy glass" of the window of her chauffeur driven limo (from the doctor's office). Jet setting around the country to receive special treatments when many people with MS cant even afford basic health care makes it obvious she's not speaking to "the rest of us".

What really got until my skin is her lack of knowledge of basic nutrition. She claims to be a Natropathic Doctor, but she obviously didn't know any more about food and nutrition than the average MD. I have had three NDs over the years and they all have very extensive knowledge on the subject. She gives NDs a bad name in my opinion.

I couldn't get very far in the third chapter before putting the book down. I scanned though parts of the rest of the book and was floored to find that in chapter 6, she was invited to speak to a group of MS patients and proceeded to show off how well she was doing by mockingly standing up in her heels and "did a little spin for their benefit" when they were questioning her knowledge and information. A few of these people were in wheelchairs. I would like to think that I have a thick skin, but this sickened me.

Don't waste your time or money on this book . Thankfully, I purchased it from a used book store (now I know why it was there) so I didn't pay a much, but it was a huge waste of time and energy.

I was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease following a neurological examination and other series of tests, my symptoms first appeared in February 2014 tremors in both limbs, rigid muscles, impaired posture.. all medications prescribed were not working and I sadly took off from my job, being a single Dad with two kids it was almost a hopeless situation. In September 2016, I read about Dr of multivitamincare. org in a health forum, this herbal center has successful Parkinson's disease herbal treatment and treatment for another list of terminal diseases, i contacted the herbal center via their email and purchased the Parkinson's disease herbal remedy. I received the Parkinson's disease herbal remedy via courier and immediately commenced usage. I used the remedy for about 13 weeks, and all my symptoms including tremors gradually disappeared till I almost forgot I had the disease, I have started working again, thanks to www. multivitamincare .org Parkinson's disease is not a death sentence, don't die believing there is no cure, its a final breakthrough for all living with Parkinson’s disease.

I was diagnosed in 1996, before symptoms started. I am a pianist, suddenly unable to open my hands wide enough to get 8 keys. Nobody in my family had MS, nor my grandparents. Last year a cousin younger than me had MS, she is 40. I have primary progressive MS. I do not walk for the last 18 years, I was born in 1962. I have had 6 strokes and 1 heart attack. The Rebif (beta-1a) did very little to help me. The medical team did even less. After roughly five unending years of trauma in the family my MS developed into progressive. There have been many changes in the last 3 to 4 years. Many falls, many fractured bones, and three moves all in five years. I have gone downhill. Considerably. We tried every shot available but nothing was working. There has been little if any progress in finding a reliable treatment for Multiple Sclerosis, I started on MS Herbal Treatment from Kycuyu Health Clinic, the herbal treatment immensely helped my Multiple Sclerosis condition, i had huge improvements. Go to kycuyuhealthclinic. com. My life is back. I Adhere anyone reading this to try natural approach.

I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) in October 2011, at the age of 44. I woke up one morning with numbness in my lower back and legs, I couldn't feel my feet touching the floor. I saw my doctor and had an MRI to see if I had a disc problem, it was negative and she told me she feared MS. I was sent to a neurologist, had two more MRIs, and was told that night that I have four lesions on my spine MS. I tried every shots available but nothing worked. In 2015, my neurologist and I decided to go with natural treatment and was introduced to Mayaka Natural Clinic natural organic MS Herbal formula, i had a total decline of symptoms with this treatment, the numbness, terrible back pains, stiffness, body weakness, double vision, depression and others has subsided. Visit Mayaka Natural Clinic official website www. mayakanaturalclinic. com This treatment is a breakthrough for all suffering from Multiple sclerosis, i am strong again!

After 20 years of MS treated from 2000 to 2006 with Rebif(efficient to that year) and then Avonex(not efficient to calm down my lesions' number increase) i found this website ww w. kykuyuhealthclinic. com just 3 months ago, and their current natural health tech to help curb/manage it. It has made a tremendous difference for me I had improved walking balance, muscle strength and improved vision, always thankful for nature that helps in managing these terrible diseases.

Would recommend to anyone suffering from MS or their loved ones. Comprehensive, real guide to what the next step should be. The best MS-related book I have read.

The book itself is decent. In my opinion, she gives too much personal background, and could have cut the book in half by leaving that crap out. If you skip past that, you will find she lists a ton of resources, and even encourages those who have questions to contact her.

In this book, Dr. Pepe cures her MS. Yes, cures it.
She is a chiropractor and Naturopathic doctor, so she has connections to people who have alternative/holistic treatments available. She tries everything from chelation therapy (to rid her body of heavy metals) to Bee Venom (which she claims cured the numbness in her leg). This is in addition to special diets, supplements and vitamins.
Do I believe her? Yeah. I believe the body can heal itself when given the proper nutrients and chemicals -from nature- to do so. The problem is the average person cannot afford some of these things.

I love the idea of MS being "cured". Unfortunately, insurance companies are not likely to cover the costs for bloodwork, supplements and "alternative" therapies. Come on, healthcare, work with us!
If you have MS and have the money, you may want to try this stuff out!
