This was the textbook for the course I took at CSU entitled “Comparative Government and Politics”. We ended up reading maybe 80% of the 700 page book this semester. The edition I had was already a bit dated having been last updated around 2018 and I took the course in 2021. Overall, I thought the textbook was pretty good. I liked the choice of case studies and the Nigerian case study was particularly interesting.

It is an incredibly simplistic overview of comparative politics fit for the high school level but fun to read.
