It has a lot of good pro tips and the author gives good explanations and examples on how to solve them. Good for people who are migrating from Flex 3 to Flex 4. Not good if you are interested on Flex for mobile (Flex 4.5).

this is a great book with nice tricks to get upto speed on Flex 4 development
