Didn't think it was a great book to use.
.) Didn't care for the order that the theories were presented in.
.) Thought that IF this book is only meant to be an OVERVIEW than the authors went way overboard on their "wordiness" in their chapters... especially chapter 10.
.) Since it was suppose to be an overview of human developmental theories, it gave many, many theories and their main contributors.
.) Critical perspective is code for Abstract. (Not that this is a problem, just a note.
