putting down our phones to find genuine connection;letting go of anxiety and fear to discover peace;setting aside exhaustion so we can rest and be renewed; and more.
In this study, Amy welcomes you to the table, inviting you to sit down and give thanks and begin the good, holy work of indulging in spiritual nourishment that only comes from Jesus. Six truths, six practices, six weeks of walking out of starvation and into satisfaction.

I completed this study with a small group of friends, and we were both refreshed and challenged. Amy Seiffert offered great reflections on Scripture paired with practices to apply in everyday life to encourage living out the Scripture. Her writing and pacing is accessible, and the content of the study is relatable. This study is wonderful to do independently, with or without the book as a companion, but I found it even richer when shared with a small group.

This study was exactly what I needed. The author beautifully weaves Biblical truth with practical applications that meet the reader right where they are. I was amazed at the way Amy shed new light on old truths that I've known and loved for years. I am planning to do the study a second time with another group of women-- it's just that good!

Would not recommend

I didn't really get a lot out of this study. I feel like a lot of the texts were redundant
