Operation Sudarshan Chakra is the much awaited sequel to author’s debut, “Operation Haygreeva”. It is yet another great espionage-thriller by former Intelligence officer Prabhakar Aloka. This book gives intriguing insights into the counter terrorism operations through the eyes of Ravi and his young team mates.

This book picks up from the semi-success of ‘Operation Haygreeva’ and how it still spooks Ravi. This book explores how their previous mission remained unfinished and despite facing the trauma, Ravi and his team put their lives at risk for the new ‘Operation Sudarshan Chakra’.

The story is gripping and deals with real-gritty counter terrorism, unlike the ones we watch in blockbuster spy thrillers. The story explores the role of Intelligence in keeping our country safe and the people involved who go to great lengths to fulfil that aim.

As stated earlier for it’s prequel, the narration is simple and author builds the story to the right point. I have already liked the protagonist in ‘Haygreeva’ and he doesn’t disappoint in this sequel as well. The story, characters and plotline are believable and hold substance. All in all a good read for the readers who love spy genre.

"Operation Sudarshan Chakra," penned by Prabhakar Aloka, propels readers into the intricate world of counterterrorism and espionage. As a gripping sequel to "Operation Haygreeva," the novel unfurls the relentless pursuit of justice by Ravi Kumar and his team against a shadowy terrorist organization.

The story follows Ravi Kumar, head of the Central Counterterrorism Command, and his determined team of young recruits as they grapple with the aftermath of a partially successful mission. Their previous operation exposed the enigmatic Lashkar-e-Hind and their leader, Tabrez, responsible for the Mumbai train blasts. However, Tabrez's escape to Pakistan leaves unfinished business. The LeH's sinister K2 plan, orchestrated by Pakistan's ISI, poses a grave threat to India's social harmony and security. Ravi and his team launch Operation Sudarshan Chakra, a high-stakes counterintelligence move to thwart the LeH's insidious designs.

Aloka's writing style is taut and gripping, pulling readers into a whirlwind of espionage, suspense, and high-stakes action. The narrative is fast-paced, effectively balancing strategic insights and the personal struggles of the characters.

The characters in "Operation Sudarshan Chakra" are multifaceted and relatable, each grappling with their personal demons as they navigate the treacherous world of counterterrorism. The author skillfully intertwines their individual stories with broader geopolitical concerns.

The plot is intricately woven, with layers of subterfuge and high-stakes missions that keep the reader engaged. Aloka expertly navigates between action-packed sequences and strategic planning, maintaining a tense atmosphere throughout.

The novel delves into themes of patriotism, sacrifice, and the complexity of modern warfare. It underscores the importance of cross-border cooperation and intelligence sharing in the face of a common threat.

Aloka successfully captures the emotional toll that counterterrorism operations take on individuals, making their struggles palpable and relatable. This emotional depth adds authenticity to the characters and their motivations.

Aloka's well-researched understanding of counterterrorism operations lends authenticity to the narrative. The intricate web of political intrigue and the team's dynamic camaraderie are notable strengths.

The complex geopolitical landscape might be overwhelming for readers unfamiliar with the nuances of terrorism and international relations.

"Operation Sudarshan Chakra" is an intense, page-turning thriller that skillfully balances action with strategic insight. Aloka's ability to combine riveting storytelling with an in-depth understanding of contemporary security challenges is commendable.

Prabhakar Aloka's "Operation Sudarshan Chakra" delivers a potent cocktail of espionage, action, and personal struggle. The novel stands as a testament to the author's prowess in crafting a compelling narrative within the realm of counterterrorism. With its engaging plot, relatable characters, and resonant themes, the book is a must-read for fans of the genre.

Operation "Sudarshan Chakra" is the much anticipated spin-off of authors debut, "Operation Haygreeva". It is one more extraordinary undercover work spine chiller by previous Knowledge official Prabhakar Aloka. This book gives charming bits of knowledge into the counter illegal intimidation tasks through the eyes of Ravi and his young partners.

This book gets from the semi-win of 'Operation Haygreeva' how it actually scares Ravi. This book investigates how their past mission stayed incomplete and in spite of confronting the injury, Ravi and his group put their lives in danger for the new 'Operation Sudarshan Chakra'.

The story is holding and manages genuine abrasive counter psychological warfare, dissimilar to the ones we watch in blockbuster spy thrill rides. The story investigates the job of Knowledge in keeping our nation protected and individuals included who take extraordinary measures to satisfy that point.

As expressed before for it's prequel, the portrayal is straightforward and creator constructs the story to the right point. I have proactively loved the hero in 'Haygreeva' and he doesn't dishearten in that frame of mind also. The story, characters and plotline are convincing and hold substance. All things considered a decent perused for the readers who love spy type.

Operation Sudarshan Chakra is another masterpiece by former Indian intelligence sleuth Prabhakar Aloka. It is a lucid and gripping story on the role of Intelligence in keeping India safe from all kinds of nefarious actors. Through fiction it brings out the many dangers faced by the Indian state. Indian intelligence services are in a constant game of cat and mouse with the ever scheming, but not always irrational, ISI of Pakistan. India’s diversity is its great strength but can also become its vulnerability as it can be exploited to seed internal chaos and disruptions. This tale of how Ravi Kumar and his team at C3 discover and foil a major ISI plot to bring India to a boil will keep you hooked. A new twist to B. R. Chopra’s Dilip Kumar starrer Naya-Daur’s human ingenuity or technology which has the upper hand, is a must read!
