بصراحة هو كتاب رائع لمن يحتاجه بصدق .. لمن يجد مشكلة حقيقية في رفض امور لا يود القيام بها .. الكتاب يخص بشكل خاص اصحاب المهن والاعمال .. ربما لذلك لم استطع الاستفادة منه بافضل شكل .. هو جيد لكن اكثر ما أزعجني هو الكلام المتكرر .. كانت" في رأيي" 50 صفحة تكفي لشرح كل شيء .. :)

الكتاب شارح نفسه في العنوان،بيعرفنا على كلمة لا،ازاي تتقال،ايه سر القوة في الكلمة دي،ليه لازم نقولها،عواقب وضعها أو مسحها من قاموسنا الشخصي،بس من تجربتي معاه فهو كتاب اي كلام اتخدعت في العنوان والغلاف والترجمة العظيمة مقدمات طويلة و اختبارات مش مفهومة وتكرار مبالغ فيه في الكلام،و كمحتوى لا يذكر،كان ممكن كل المعلومات اللي جواه تتلخص في مقال او حتى بوست على الفيسبوك،كله رغي وتمطيط لدرجة انه قدر يقنع شخص زيي مبيتخلاش عن الكتب السيئة بسهولة انه يتخلى عنه وميكملش قراءه بعد الصفحة ال 80.
كان تجربة كلها تضييع للوقت و خزلان ونهاية بشعة للسنة.

كتاب جيد، اكتشفت به احد عيوبي، وكيف أقوم على اصلاحها
وانصح به لكل من لا يستطيع ان يقول لا ويخجل💔
وما لا يعجبني به، انه كعادة الكتب الاجنبية كثيري الكلام، فكان يمكن اختصاره ليشمل المفيد فقط ولذلك لم أقرأه كله، كنت اتنقل بين الصفحات..

لم تعجبني الترجمة والمصطلحات المستعملة، جربت اقرا الكتاب بالانكليزي وكان اوضح واقصر (227 صفحة في حين النسخة العربية 340 صفحة!) بالنتيجة الكتاب مفيد نوعا ما لكن ممللل

Largely a waste of time. Poorly written not very useful. This comes from someone who is open to new ideas and generally enjoys management books. I am sure you can find something better.Although it might be useful for many of our wonderful politicians!!!

The book had tackled the issue of our personal boundaries, and how the concept of saying yes to look gentle and helpful is really a serious issue to evaluate.
