"Cylch ydi bywyd - un dieflig i rai, mae'n siwr, ond dwin ei weld on gylch reit daclusfy hun. Dan ni'n dechrau'n araf a thrwsgl, yn dysgu fesul tipyn sut i gerdded, yna rhedeg; wedyn, ar ôl blynyddoedd o redeg i fyny ac i lawr y bryniau, dan ni'n arafu eto, nes byddwn ni'n berffaith lonydd. Fel'na fu hi rioed, i bawb, waeth faint o goesau sydd gynnon ni."

Wnes i chwerthin a chrïo wrth ddarllen hwn. Dwi’n fwy o ddynes cath na chi, ond yn gallu uniethu’n iawn gyda’r berthynas rhwng anifail anwes a’i “ddwygoesyn”. Fel arfer, mae Bethan Gwanas yn sgwennu’n naturiol, yn ddoniol, yn sensitif. Stori hyfryd a gwreiddiol sy’n gafael ymoch chi! Un da ‘di Mot! A bril Bethan!

Great Welsh language story from the perspective of a dog and its owner. It talks about the good hearts of dogs yet the good and bad hearts of humans.

I'd definitely recommend this book to any dog lover and I'm definitely adding Bethan Gwanas to my favourite Welsh language authors.

Mae'r stori hon yn eiledu, pennod wrth bennod, rhwng y safbwyntiau o gi a'i pherchennog. Mae'r ddau ochr y stori wedi'i hysgrifennu'n dda - wastad yn gredadwy (Mae'r awdures yn nabod cŵn a phobl) ac yn aml digri iawn. Mae'n sicr yn werth ei ddarllen.
