I first met Cathy Heller through her first book “Don’t Keep Your Day Job” and then her podcast and was even a student of her Abundant Ever After course.
I mentioned all of this because one of the things you can count on with Cathy is that she’s consistent in her messaging. It’s real talk delivered in the kindest way with real life examples of everything she’s telling you about.

As you read this book, you’ll find yourself shaking your head in agreement with a lot of the things that she’s writing about energy, manifestation, courage and possibility. It’s nonfiction but it’s written so well that it flows like a fiction book you don’t want to put down. Grab your favorite journal and a pen and prepare to fill some pages with some activities. She has in the book and some quotes. You won’t want to forget.

Cathy Heller has been a presence in my life for a little more than a year. You know what it’s like when you find a person who speaks your language? It started with her podcast and progressed through joining her community in a more formal way.
Through her book club I heard Cathy read the first chapter of this book and it is shaping up to be an excellent repository of her deLIGHTful wisdom. It is very simple. If you want to live a better life, full of abundance please read Cathy’s book. She is able to communicate the laws of the universe in a way you can easily understand and apply it to your life. In May, a friend told me I should look into Cathy and I am so glad I did. OMG… everyone needs to read this book. It will ultimately change your life. There are many books out there that I like or I recommend and there are only a few books out there that I insist people read. This is one of them. Cathy Heller provides such insight that you can apply to your life in a symbol easy manner that will not only change how you feel that day, but change your outlook for your entire life. If you’re looking for light, love fulfillment abundance in all aspects of your life than this book is for you. I have only read the intro and the first chapter so far, but it is spell-binding! Cathy Heller has a way of tying together the things most of us have been exposed to over the years- the Secret, Joe Dispenza, Esther Hicks, Kabbalah, Buddhism, etc. and communicating it in a way that not only makes sense but speaks to your soul!!! If you think that the secret to happiness lies in your career, your relationship, your achievements, you are wrong. Cathy’s book teaches us the fastest way to achieve true abundance and bliss in everyday life. Spoiler alert: it’s not about attracting abundance, it’s about being able to receive it. I had the opportunity to read three chapters of this book, and I’m already hooked. It’s incredibly relatable, and I find myself and my own experiences reflected in Cathy’s words. Every time I read or listen to her, I uncover a new piece of the puzzle that helps me step closer to becoming my most authentic self. One surprising insight was discovering a limiting belief I didn’t even realize I had — something that’s now shifting in me, thanks to this book.

Some of the big lessons I’ve gathered so far are that courage comes before confidence, that it's better to focus on possibility rather than probability, and that we have the power to change our beliefs and lives at any moment.
