I thoroughly enjoyed this prequel. I was pulled right into the story that left me hanging at the end but that's just good writing. This author knows how to keep things interesting when creating new characters and an intriguing plot that will hold your interest and never gets dull. I can't wait to read more of Lucille and Oliver's story in Ruthless Reign!

This new series of Aleatha Romig promises to be full of twists and turns. This prequel has me filled with anticipation because this author trickled in little bits and pieces to this story that already have me questioning and thinking all sorts of scenarios. But what I love about this author is that nothing is ever as it seems so I know to buckle up and be prepared!!

Couldn't put it down!

OMG, what a great way to start another series from this author. It is filled with intrigue and suspense leaving you wondering and that ending will have you ready to throw your kindle.
Princess Lucille is an American who married Prince Roman after their fathers made a deal. Now after five years of marriage, she wants to do more and help the people of Molave. But things seem to be off, where is her husband, and why can't she go to the palace?
This is a different genre for author Aleatha Romig; dare I say she can write anything and make me invest time to devour the stories and love every word. There are so many twists and turns that you will feel like you are in a fun house of mirrors and can not find your way out. But trust me this author is worth every minute it takes to read her stories, they are that good or better. I can not wait for Ruthless Reign!!!

I enjoyed this prequel. It give just enough plot line to reel you in and make you want more. Definitely some strange goings on. I can’t wait to see where Ms. Romig takes us on this journey.

This series is going to be amazing! I am loving this new genera from Aleatha. The characters so well written and it has countless twists and turns! I am sure this story line will have many different surprises and plot twists, which is Aleatha’s specialty, and it will be a non stop read.

In the span of only 7 chapters, this prequel to Ruthless Reign immediately reeled me in, hook, line, and sinker! I’m SO EXCITED to read more of Lucille and Oliver’s story… It also promises to be the start of an enticing new series that I can’t wait to devour!!

Count me intrigued as I finished Aleatha's prequel, to her upcoming release in the Royal Reflections series. Princess Lucille has been married to the Prince Roman, the future king of Monovia. As Prince Roman has always been aloof and gruff, Princess Lucille, finds herself missing the heat from when they started and not knowing what the Prince will do or be capable from one minute to the next.
Oliver is a recent out of work actor. Packing up and heading back to his Broadway roots in New York, Oliver is given an interesting offer that he can't refuse which indirectly brings him into the life of Princess Lucille, who he is quite smitten by but must remember, she is another man's wife and off-limits to him, no matter who his is on the outside.
I'm looking forward to find what this journey Oliver is on takes him and how it affects Lucille.

This was a very tempting taste of what's to come and I am completely hooked and desperately need more! Intriguing characters, juicy drama, jaw-on-the-floor twists and a sharp feeling of intensity and suspense is deliciously seductive, and I can't wait to get my hands on book 1!! I usually stay away from royal romance dramas but when Aleatha Romig writes one, I read it. This prequel has set the stage for lots of drama and intrigue. I can’t wait for more!!

Everything a prequel should be
I loved diving in to this royal world of secrets, lies, and illusions. I look forward to getting to know these characters deeper and learning what's really going on with the royals and their country. Such a refreshing take on a royal romance, I can't wait.

Oh my am I super excited to read more on this series. This prequel gives us lots to look forward to in Ruthless Reign! I can not wait to see what the Prince of Molave is hiding and what the Princess will do to help her adopted country. Can she continue this marriage and helping the country when all the secrets keep pulling her down.

Ahhhh...I can't wait for the rest of this series! This little taste was oh so good and just makes me want more from Oliver and Lucille’s story! I just love how Aleatha Romig grabs your attention!
