You can be my listener now, and in return, I’ll share some stories and reflections about a work journey through the Israeli tech world, a sector with so much talent and so much possibility. At times it’s been exciting, engaging, lucrative, frustrating, instructive, meaningful, and even downright silly. I’ve had positions in high-level operations at billion-dollar companies, and I’ve also helped launch quirky startups. It’s been a wild ride full of successes, failures, and surprises but the most worthwhile and interesting part has been growing and learning while building relationships with the humans I’ve connected with along the way. There are so many things I wish I’d known 20 years ago when I was first getting started although I may not have listened if someone had told me, despite my reputation as a fine listener. I do hope you’re listening because I want to give the gift of my lessons, for you and also for me. I write these words with heart and I offer them with love.
