Paradigm Shift serves as our course guidebook for our Green Belt program, which teaches Lean Six Sigma concepts with a focus on using the tools and concepts, rather than just the theory. You will find this curriculum touches on lots of crucial ideas, such as Kanban, pull systems, 5S, DMAIC, visual management, Pareto analysis, Kaizen, SMED, TPM, and more. Each chapter includes discussion questions that will be used as conversation starters in class and the weekly quizzes will follow the layout of the book.
