Master the Art of Motivation! The idea of being successful is an attractive dream that fills us with positive emotions. However, the actions required to be successful at work, in our relationships, in sports competition, are often difficult and lengthy. Therefore, even though we want to be successful, happy and influential. very few of us take the specific actions that will actually move us directly toward those goals.
So what do we need to bridge the gap between what we say we want, and what we must do to achieve it? We need goal-oriented motivation. The specific kind of motivation that is the fuel which can take us across the long and often uncertain bridge to our desired destination in life.
Brian Tracy can show you how to develop this kind of motivation on-demand, sustain it through the difficult periods of life, and instill this motivation so intricately into your daily life that you make the very idea of motivation unnecessary. That’s when you become UNSTOPPABLE!

I’m a big fan of Brian Tracy but I prefer when the books are in his own voice. The only thing I didn’t love about this one was some of the odd health advice. His business advice is very helpful
If I ever find myself reading a book about attitude, it usually means I’m going through something in my life. Since middle school, I’ve been captivated by the idea that thoughts become reality. I devoured The Secret and Joe Dispenza’s books, yet I often felt frustrated by their vague, mystical language. This book, however, takes a different approach—it’s all about how. It provides concrete guidance on actions to take and the mindset to cultivate. Above all, it forced me to confront a simple yet profound truth: the lack of a clear goal has been the root of much of my anxiety. That realization alone made this book invaluable to me.
Bamboo has now become my spirit plant. It takes years to sprout, yet once it does, it grows to towering heights in just a matter of weeks. That resilience and patience resonate deeply with me. Even if I’m still in the phase where my efforts remain unseen, bamboo reminds me that rapid growth awaits those who endure. It embodies a wisdom I’m now committed to practicing in my own life.
I am grateful for the difficult time that led me to this book.
In this short book, Tracey explores the power of positive visualization, breaking down goals into bite sized pieces, A vs B actions and more! It’s a brief but concise self help guide. 8/10. Thanks Mom for the gift!
