Mimi can't talk to ghosts.Neither can most people, but when you're a self-styled village witch, it's one of those things that you're supposed to be good at, like good luck charms. But even while living in a house filled to the gills with lonely ghosts, she can't get one of them to look her way, or hear a word she's saying...Until her tea shop is invaded by a terrible, murdering spirit, and she finally gets a regular ghost to talk, only to tell her she's in terrible danger. This angry spirit can move invisibly, and can take over the bodies of anyone it touches... and it has decided Mimi's a threat. She should be ready for this. She's the village witch. And though her sister Lucy is desperate to help, and her buddy Max wants to solve the mystery, Mimi feels she needs to fight this menace on her own. There's a fine line between independence and stubborness, being strong and being blindly stupid. Whichever side of the line Mimi finds herself on could mean the difference between winning... or dying.
the storyline is light and easy. it is imaginative and there always is a little “who dunnit” mystery in the story. it is a good, clean entertaining writing method. Very enjoyable.
I enjoyed this book more than the last one, a love these authors!
Everyone of this series has been great. Please write faster, because I can't put them down until each book is finished. Thanks for sharing your gift with me.
