When I saw that Jeffrey Archer’s name was written on the back proclaiming the readability of the book, I expected it to be at least decent, and it was certainly a compelling story with well constructed characters and plot development. However, the reason for the 5* above anything else was Simon Williams’ writing style. He’s truly a wordsmith who makes every sentence sound out of the ordinary, always attempting to paint a picture in your head with inferential descriptions of such basic events and situations. Will be seeking out more from him.
