Glamour; 15 timeless designs to knit and keep forever.
I'm not sure that I would want to knit most of these items and they are so delicate and only handwash-able that I'm not sure you could keep them more then a few years.

I got the hardcover version used for $6.00 and I wish I had gone through it before throwing it into my basket because there is really only two projects that I would make (a cute cap and the elbow length gloves). Cute elegant photos, but not really an aid to the making of the projects. This is more of an 'art' book then a knitting pattern book.

I liked the way this book was put together, with pages and pages of full color illustrations in the very beginning, just showing off all the knitted items. I saw a couple patterns that I thought were cool and might want to knit someday. Generally, I thought that all the patterns in this book were pretty ingenious. It was some of the pictures that I found a little off, meaning I felt the model who was wearing the knitted item was not covering up nearly as much as she should have. After you've browsed through all the pictures you get to the middle of the book where the patterns are. I liked the way they were done, with a faded pink picture of what the pattern looked like from the front of the book. I would probably recommend this book, but with a word of caution about some of the photographs.

This is a book that I bought really cheaply at Edward R. Hamilton bookseller. There are some beautiful photographs, and some interesting patterns, but overall not that much content. I have put "knitting throw pillows for the house" on the project list for this year, so we'll see how that progresses. I am sure I'll use this book for that purpose.

Pretty photographs, but uninspiring patterns...to me.

I like the idea behind this book, but felt some of the patterns were lacking. There are a couple of patterns I would love to make.
