My rating is 3.5.
I really surprised myself at my rating for this one. I liked it better than the last one that I read by this author. I thought I was going to like it less because it has a...spider. A tarantula, to be exact. *shivers* But I think I liked this one better because, somehow, I could relate to Micah a little bit more than I could to Elizabeth in There's a Hamster in My Lunchbox. I'm not sure why. It was pretty good, but still 3.5 stars.

This author is from the Midwest and my kids are loving her stories. Actually, I'm loving her stories. Great for the 9 yr old age group.
