only three stars, though I thought maybe 4 because it was a gripping read with lots to like....the main character isn't happy for most of the book, which made it not happy for me to read, and the boy she's friends with confused me lots. Perhaps when I read it again, which I probably will, I'll enjoy it more knowing the ending.
