Nice enough little info book, but I didn't see much new or interesting info. It mostly seemed to be advertising the author's (many) "bible-based" health books. Not for me, but if you want a decent enough overview of some reasonable and interesting introductory ideas about fasting mixed with a good deal of biblical lore and attitudes, then this is for you.

Fluff, mostly fluff is what I would say about this book. An easy read, finished it quickly, gleaned a few interesting facts, moved on.
