Thoroughly enjoyed reading the book. Authors Ram Charan and Noel have brought in deep insights and explained the importance of out of the box strategic thinking to pivot the mature businesses, establish the balance during the pivot, and how to realign the genetic code of an organization that will help organizations pivot with resilience and agility. Very good read, and every resource at the leadership level should pick this book for some insights on how past conglomerates achieved its success during transformations.
