Iran's history of contemporary graphic arts would be incomplete without the unique graphic designs and vision of Morteza Momayez and its legacy in Iranian culture. As this document testifies, the designer has been mainly involved in the production of cultural posters along with magazine and book cover design. At the same time he has actively promoted the development of the graphic arts within his country. This excellent edition chronologically documents his designs in full colour, presented one to a page, starting with earlier works dating back to 1957 and concluding in 2002. Alongside graphic editions, illustration work, paintings and photographs, texts, interviews and biographic information from Momayez are also included.
