OMG, Wasn't this the best book I have read in a while! I just adored it! So good! I extremely recommend this book to those paranormal romance lovers who have not read it yet. What an amazing read, I couldn't put the book down once I started it. I'm not sending it to my top-50 shelf because it is not part of a series and those are the ones I can only love that much, but it would definitely go there if it had been a book in a whole series. Although I don't think I would be able to survive that,LOL, not enough free hours to read them all, and I would have to read them one right after the other. That's how much I loved this book.

I was completely immerse in this whole new world, with new creatures and species. And I just couldn't get enough of it. There was so much to learn, so many characters to love. I must admit I was getting extremely boring of reading always about the same damn things. This was what I needed, a freshing and original book. It put me right back at reading mood.

And the romance was just terrific, seriously both hero and heroine were amazing and just one of those couples you love to read about. "Sweet" would be the word which probably describes best their relationship. I still can't believe I got so much from one single book, so much romance and such an amazing well developed plot. I didn't want it to end!I hope you guys get to love this book as much as I did, so the author realizes she need to male it a series. *sigh* rate it high people!LOL.

This book was crazy intense! I was pleasantly surprised. Ms. Frank did a superb job with this one. It has everything in it. Drama, suspense, passion. Very erotic. Honorable hot men! The ins and outs of what it means to be family whether it is through blood or not. Choices. Making the right ones even when it puts you in an undesirable position.

I fell in love with this story. Everyone in this book. Well written characters across the board. The plot, premise, & point to this story was executed beautifully.. Please read this one. You will not be sorry.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS READ.

Drink of Me had me caught in its grasp by the second chapter and by late midday my daughter was asking me “are you going to read all day?” What can I say, when I find something I really like I can’t quit LOL. I must confess I liked Jacquelyn Franks Nightwalker series, but they didn’t even come close to holding my attention as this book did. Now my biggest disappointment is this is the only book, so I won’t get to read about the rest of the great pack characters, UGH!! If you want something a little different in the paranormal world with action and very strong emotions, it may have you hooked too.

I liked the flow of the storyline, it was also easy to understand. I thought the heroine Mystique was just awesome and I loved her ability. She’s been through a lot with the bruises to prove it, but she is still strong. She has no idea what her name is, but that doesn’t stop her if she feels to use her ability that she really knows nothing about. I loved the pack and how the telepathy worked with them all and how they all felt emotions between each other. The leader Prime Reule is strong and will do anything for his pack. I really felt the emotions in this book, what Mystique went through alone will make you either cry or choke up. I highly recommend this book!

Is that it ? Really?
Does the Book really end like that without another book in sight?

'Drink of Me' is a story about a pack,
the Sange who are a sensual telepathic blood drinking race.
The story drew me in and I had a hard time putting it down.

It is very rare when the author writes so well that the Reader cares about and wants to know more about EVERY character.
I even wanted to know more about the Jackals,
the Sange's most annoying enemy.

How can this be a stand alone book when it ends on a maybe?
I can see at least four more stories, making it a series.
Darcio needs a voice
Rye needs a voice
Chayne needs a voice
The Jackals needs a voice
etc, etc, etc.. needs a voice...

The story ended right before a dinner party, it ended on a Maybe.
It ended on a "Teaser"
Poorly Played Jacquelyn Frank .. Poorly Played

I only gave it 4 Stars because the Other Characters need a Voice

2/5; 2 stars; C

There were several interesting world-building concepts in this book and I think it would have been a much better story if the author had stuck to a paranormal romance. Unfortunately she somehow got the idea that would help the book to throw a bucket of purple prose all over everything. There were probably at least 100 pages of superfluous descriptions of looks, feelings, lust. Its too bad.
I've read one book by this author, Jacob, that I thought was pretty good so will try her again.

Review: Holy crow this book was hot! When I started the book, I had trouble following it. While the author uses very descriptive writing, making you feel as though you are there with her characters, the beginning had confused me a bit. But as with any new series, I find this is nothing new. It is a matter of pushing through those first few chapters and finding a new friend through the characters that you want to see get past whatever troubles or problems they are presented with.

In Drink of Me, I found that Mystique/Sylva was very easy to like. She encompasses just what each person wish to see and wishes in a friend. She was full of compassion, very strong and independent, and was able to joke around with anyone she met. She didn’t try too hard to get the other characters or the reader to like her, it simply came naturally with who she truly was.

Reule….. *sighs* Reule, just oozes a ton of sexuality. His character was also the same. Ms. Frank did not have to make him out to be something he was not in order to get the fans to like him. Reule is the Prime (aka, King) for his Sange pack, a fanged and clawed tribe of telepathic warriors. In the beginning of the book, this Sange pack raids a Jackal compound where Reule senses a great sorrow in the house. Following the trail, he finds a woman, sadly neglected and hidden away in the attic. When she touches him, he senses she is more than just any woman. Removing her from the home, he sees that she is cleaned up and taken care of. Then he will have to decide what to do with her. Mystique is the name she chooses for herself, but she has no memory of why she was in a Jackal compound or who she was before she came to be there. She does know she can trust Reule with her life and heart, but what happens when her past catches up to them before she can remember what it is?

The trials that these two come to face, the obstacles they overcome and how the author shows how trust and understanding can lead towards love and new lives was a true pleaser. This book was a genuine pleasure to read and I look forward to Ms. Frank making this into a series.

I loved this new and interesting world and how the Sange are big, tough Alphas, but when they love, they are tender and sweet. I hope there will be more books set in this world, perhaps even a full series. I think readers will really enjoy the Sange and those they love.

My rating for this action packed, heart clenching, very erotic series is 5 out of 5. I look forward to more from Ms. Frank.

I think this one of the best books I have read this year. Jacquelyn Frank creates a believable fantasy world filled with everything from benign horses to evil Jackals using a flowing language and an eye for detail that grabs you from the start. I have been asking for a high fantasy romance and I think I have found it. Pray to all the Gods that it is the beginning of a series!

Reule was only 16 when his parents were murdered and he had to take the crown and become king. Ever since his only concern has been his peoples welfare. When they were driven from their homelands by an invading force, he led them to safety in a new and harsh land. He is well loved by his peoples and especially by his Pack. The men he has chosen for the most important jobs and as his cabinet of advisers. The Pack are also his closest friends. All Sangré are empaths and telepaths and Reule and his Pack are in constant contact.

During a mission Reule feels a deep sadness surrounding him. So strong that he has to investigate. What he finds turns his world upside down.

Mystique have amnesia. She only knows she has been frightened, starving and cold for so long. When she sees the big warrior coming for her she stopp being frightened, when he lifts her to safety, she knows she belongs with him. She is not Sangré but somehow she has a lot of instinctive knowledge about them.

Both Reule and Mystique are beautifully written. They are living, breathing flesh and blood. Right from the start you get the feeling for the powerful emotions between them. And when they finally act upon them, wow! It´s hot and tender and everything you want loving between two people to be. It may sound cheesy but it isn´t.
The book is both character and action driven. So there are threats and fights, both internal and external. Not all Sangré tolerate an outsider at the kings side.

The world gets introduced in increments as it´s needed. I like that. I would love if Ms Frank includes a map in the next book. In the beginning I didn´t know if it was a vampire book or a werewolf book. But in the end I didn´t care. I just wanted to learn more about the fantastic world and it inhabitants.

This story sucked me in from the start. I usually don't like it when the main characters fall instantly in love and you're left wondering how they got from point A to point B so fast. But in this story Ruele and Mystique had such an instant connection, I almost didn't notice how fast they attached themselves to each other. I loved how he took care of her, and I loved how she instantly trusted and needed him to take care of her. The emotions ran high at the very beginning of this book, which made me feel so much more invested in their story. He felt a fierce protectiveness over her, probably because she was on the verge of death when he found her. Anyway, I loved it. I loved how quickly he became her protector, after barley knowing her.

Two things I want to complain about though. First her name. Mystique? Really? I can't believe he named her that. I LOVED it when he called her kébé though. It sounded so endearing. Second... When Ruele found her, the first thing she said to him was "Sánge, bautor mo" You find out the meaning of this statement a little later in the book. But the meaning has quite a significance. I kept expecting her to say this again at some point throughout the book, but she never does. It sort of bothered me. It seemed important, and I thought it should have been reinforced. I also think it left questions, how did she know the meaning and the language?

Frank's world building skills star in this more fanatasy offering, she does an excellent job of developing the world of the Sánge, a telepathic/empathic race, and the tightly mentally linked Pack, a group of warriors who support their ruler Ruele. When rescuing a comrade from torture at the hands of enemies, who are emotional leeches feeding off of their victims' pain, Ruele senses a being who emanates such anguish that he is compelled to search for whoever is suffering so. The tormented waif surprises Ruele when she speaks to him the words that a woman of his kind says to her mate - 'drink of me'. Ruele is even more surprised to find once he gets her back to safety that the waif is not a child but a lush though petite woman who calls out to his every instinct as a protector and a man. And even though the Sánge are reviled by the other races, he can't help but want to claim the mysterious foreign woman who has no memories of her life before he found her.

I had a really hard time getting into this one for some reason, but once the story got rolling I really ended up liking it. We don't end up seeing a whole bunch of Ruele's subjects, but his inner circle of warriors and their tightly bound mental connection were really good, as were the details of the Sánges' culture. I am not sure if there are more books planned in this world but there should be.

I LOVED IT!!!
There aren't very many books that can draw that kind of enthusiasm out of me.
The book starts right off and the pace is wonderful. The plot moves along almost effortlessly, while characters draw you in.
Jacquelyn Frank has created an entirely new mysteriously supernatural world in Drink of Me with a great twist on vampires, demons, and...others.
Reule is Prime of his people. Having been forced off their land when he was young, he led his people through the wilderness to a new place where they have built their home/town, and have earned themselves a dark reputation. Reule's people are empaths/vampires (they do take blood) and he is one of the most sensitive and most powerful. It is his abilities that lead him to Mystique.
Mystique has no memory of who she is, what she is, where she came from, and has no idea why she is not terrified of the large, alpha male named Reule. She is in terrible shape when he finds her, she is malnourished, beaten, and bloody. But Reule is determined to help her heal and in the process, he allows her to heal him - emotionally.
The couple was wonderful! Their feelings for each other seemed natural and their relationship developed smoothly. I loved how he never doubted her or her intentions, even when his people were a distrusting of her and he stuck by her side when her enemies came knocking at his door.
I've read Frank's Nightwalker series and I think this book outshines all of her previous work.

I want to start off by saying that I really enjoyed this book...however, I did find the mix of stereotypically vampire and werewolf traits a little confusing initially, but once I got the ideas straight in my head I was pleasantly surprised at how well it fit.

I had to break my pre-conceived ideas about how a race of telepathic warriors could possibly encompass such strong characteristics from both Were and Vamp beings. As an avid sf/fantasy/paranormal reader I have formed some pretty strong theories on what works and what doesn't when it comes to vamps and Weres, however, I was pleasantly surprised at how Jacquelyn managed to mix the two. The pack mentality that is normally such a strong Were characteristic fit unbelievably well with the Sánge (the main race of the story), yet some of the other utterly vamp characteristics, like drinking blood especially during sex, poked through too... but somehow it works brilliantly!

The lead female - Mystique was a fantastic character!!! I loved her from the moment she was introduced to us and just fell more in love with her through out the book.

Thank you Jacquelyn! A deliciously interesting read!

I really enjoyed this book. I've tried a couple other books by this author and couldn't get into them. But this one was pretty engrossing. The heroine, 'Mystique's character is a fine balance between vulnerable and needing to be protected yet also a women with a strong will. The world building is good and the side characters are also interesting. Seems to be a one off book which I love, and you don't find much anymore.

My enjoyment of this story came and went in waves. The first few pages are torture, but then things picked up a bit and really hooked me. And then I almost DNF'd it because I wasn't at all interested in a horny chick with amnesia. But then she starts spouting off stuff that she shouldn't know and doing crazy magical shit and I was hooked again. And rinse and repeat. Now that I have finished and can look back on it as a whole, I quite liked it. There were just... not so engaging moments that almost derailed the whole thing.

I don't want to spoil anything, so I don't really know how to explain the things I enjoyed. Lots of psychic powers going on, which y'all know I love. The romance was definitely an insta-lust sort of thing, and it really bothered me at first because only one of the two was fully conscious and it was weird - but once the character in question was actually acting like themselves again, it was dialed down to much more reasonable levels. The plot was your familiar "person escapes trauma and develops amnesia" trope, but I thought the psychic and paranormal parts really spiced it up in a way I hadn't read before. It's a very weird mix of modern and medieval vibes - calling each other sweetheart and baby, they've got electricity, but they ride horses, fight with swords, live in a walled town around a castle, and have wagon caravans to trade with other communities. I skimmed the world building, but the important bits are referenced enough in the rest of the story that I got the gist of it. I'd be interested to see more from this cast of characters. So many authors start out a series with the two most powerful characters and then move on to other secondary characters in subsequent books, when I'd much rather read more about the crazy OP characters again. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem like this was to be a series at all. I guess I can live with the HEA I got.

Overall, not the smoothest of rides but an enjoyable one.

I'm not normally a fan of a heroine who aggressively pursues her man, which is the case and the story. That said, it didn't bother me as much as I initially thought it would with this heroine. What bothered me most were the huge gaping holes in the story.

Like why did the heroine say drink of me when the hero initially found her? How does she know their language? How did she know the hero was her soulmate from the get go? This is all unexplained and rather bizarre considering they are different species.

And why is a short haired white dude on the cover when the hero is supposed to be very dark skinned with long coarse hair?! Details people!!

I can't even think of where to start this review other than by saying, 'Absolutely fantastic!' Jacquelyn Frank has created a palpable world with such strong elements and diverse, multi-layered characters so descriptively written, they seemed to blur the line between reality and fiction. It's a journey of self as an individual and amongst others, both familiar and not. I was left wanting to know more about these characters, their world, and what's to come. Jacquelyn Frank has me hooked on the new world found in 'Drink of Me'.

Anyone who knows me as a reviewer will understand what drives me to really appreciating a great book: I am a character-driven book lover who thrives on strong romance, description, and strong world-building. I love details to jump of the pages and steal me away into a make believe world, yet make me feel like it could be tangible. In Drink of Me, I found all the things I love in the above elements that make a good book for me.

Prime Reule has always been composed, level-headed, and fantastically responsible when it comes to ruling his people. So much so that he has little time nor concern with finding a Prima, and is even emotionally closed off towards female companions, leaving his people to wonder when he would, if ever, take one. The ultimate leader in poise and responsibility, with the air of dominance and confidence admired and respected by all. A leader who saved his people from possible death, and keeps them safe and closed off from all the other species that inhabit the fantasy world his clan inhabits. His species is feared, shunned, look down upon, based on their biological needs, make-up, and rituals. But when a small outlander, different in appearance, personality, and psychic gifts, falls into his hands to shelter and keep safe, Reule knows that everything has changed, for both himself and his people.

The protagonists are nothing short of spectacular! The dynamic shifts of emotions and growth of character is breathtakingly beautiful to watch unfold in this unique fantasy world. The Sange are a species that keep to themselves. They know they're different and held aloft by other species of their world. But the ability of a small outlander shifts the outlook on all the Sange has held firmly in place to assure themselves safety.

There is a catch, however. This small woman who was found lost and severely injured has no memory of who or what she is. She only knows that her Sange rescuer, Reule, is safety personified, and whispers the deeply meaningful words only known by the Sange species themselves: "Sange, drink of me". It is within that moment that Reule knows there is mystery in his arms worth unraveling. Earning the small woman her relevant name, Mystique.

Mystique may have no memory, but she knows some important things by instincts. This makes her a curiosity and an anomaly among Reule and his Pack. Despite leery eyes watching her from a distance, through her strength and determination, intelligence, unique extinct healing gifts, and empathy, she slowly wins over the dominant protective men of the Pack, including their Prime.

The heroine and hero are amazingly wrote. Both display characteristics that fit the dynamics of their personalities, species, and roles perfectly. And their relationship is ultra heated! You can just sense how much they want each other, are drawn to one another, and know that they can ultimately find themselves in one another. And when they do give in to their desires, hold on! :)

The secondary characters are just as wonderfully written. They are woven throughout the story with purpose and with just as deep meaningful presence as the hero and heroine. I already have a few of my favorites and am anxiously awaiting Ms. Frank to say she plans on writing follow up books with them as lead characters!

Ms. Frank has created a world that seems to subtly grip you. At first you are unaware of a fantasy world presence, but it's slowly reveled as needed as the storyline progresses. The pace is perfect, filled with action and emotion. There is an undeniable strong romance and passion taking place between Reule and Mystique, and you can only follow it, subconsciously losing yourself in the pages.

~*~Final Thoughts~*~

I obviously can't say enough about just how much I enjoyed this new fantasy world, and the seemingly tangible romance between the two lead characters. They accept each other unconditionally, despite faults and lack of knowledge of each other and their differences within species. It is action packed and will leave you flipping through the pages quickly to find out what's next.

Both plot and character-driven readers will appreciate the beginning of this new fantasy series, with new species dynamics, strong character development, and action-driven plot. And, of course, anyone who appreciates a great story with warrior, dominate males, will be thankful for all sorts of yumminess!

Jacquelin Frank delivers another outstanding paranormal romance that, while starting slow as most of her first in a series books do, had me riveted to the pages in the end.

From the blurb:

In a world where emotion can be a deadly weapon, one slight, battered runaway holds the key to a dark and twisted enigma..."Drink Of Me", she whispers, her silver eyes trusting, pleading. What female dares speak such words to one of the Sange? His people are scorned by every race for their fierce sensuality, their fearful rituals. And as Prime, Reule is the most telepathically gifted of them all. But nothing has prepared him for the intensity of emotion radiating from the outlander rescued by his Pack. Terrified, tormented, but beautiful beyond measure, Mystique shatters his legendary control. As she reaches for him in the steamy heat of the healing baths, he knows this blind need can have but one end.

Reule is the Prime, the king, of the Sange, a race of blood drinkers who live in the cold and nearly barren lands in the North of this world. He leads his people with the help of his Pack, a group of warriors with specific talents and assignments. Their worst enemies are the Jakals, a race of vicious evil who feed on the emotions of other races.

When Reule and his Pack are hunting Jakals who have taken one of his Packmates to torture, he also finds a young girl hidden in the attic of the abandoned house, shivering, and nearly dead. When he rescues hers and bring her home to his keep, he finds that the girl is in fact a small woman who seems to know about his race. She has no memories of her past, not even her own name, and is thus given the name Mystique. Fittingly.

Over the course of the next months, she becomes an integral part of his court and his heart, despite being an outlander, despite the misgivings of his fellow Sange, by proving herself time and again as someone trustworthy.

There are the usual plot points Jacquelin Frank employs with great success:

- the strong male who has so far resisted all others from tying him down
- the instant, irrational attraction between the two main characters
- the male guilt for feeling the attraction and wanting to pursue the female
- the explosive consummation of the overpowering attraction

The author used those plot points well in her Nightwalker series and they work like a charm in this book as well.

The world building is magnificent. There is no info dump but we are introduced bit by bit into this fascinating mythology and the history of the Sange, and how they came to live at the current location, how their history has shaped the consciousness of its people, how their powers work, etc.

The author also weaves a finely crafted plot throughout the book which culminates in a few very emotional scenes as Mystique is confronted with her own history, relives that what she has successfully suppressed until then and finds that her adoptive people stand by her against a threat she never saw coming.

The main characters are well developed and their growth through the book is realistic and reasonable. The supporting cast are also exceptionally crafted and give the book much substance to support the budding relationship between the Prime and his Prima.

While the author has not yet announced it, I sincerely hope that this story will be developed into another series as I would love to see the other warriors' stories explored.

Well done, Ms. Frank. You convinced me of your craft with the Nightwalker series and this book is some very delicious icing on that cake.

this was so dumb, for a lot of reasons.

- the writing style is very robotic. I'm all for purple prose, but this isn't prose. it reads literally like chatGPT wrote each sentence.

- The names: Reule is the ruler (heh get it? get it?) of a vampire city. the FMC has lost her memories, so she lets him choose a new name for her: Mystique. blech.

- the MCs fall in love instantly with no connection or chemistry.

- the vampires of this world are said to be monstrous and hated by every other group of people, but we never see them be anything but gentle, open minded, and generous. it's really inconcsistent characterization. The only thing we see in the story that's built up as "scary" and a reason to hate the vampires is that they apparently can't orgasm without drinking blood simultaneously. the FMC doesn't care about this because the bite gives her pleasure, so it's a whole lot of posturing for no reason.

- the FMC is one of the worst mary sues I've ever read. she has the ability to heal anyone of anything with basically no repercussions. She's always gentle and perfect and kind and beloved by everyone. The two times people are angry with her, it's very obviously not her fault (she saved someone's life when they didn't want to be saved and she killed a guy who was attempting to rape her).

- when the MCs first meet, the MMC thinks the FMC is a child because of how tiny and dainty she is and he's immediately attracted to her. The book constantly characterizes the FMC as diminutive. Like the author literally will not stop bringing up how tiny she is. It gets old very quickly. Despite consistently being described as tiny, the author also describes her as "lush". it just doesn't make sense and the hyperfocus on her size is gross to read.

- Immediately after the FMC gets her memories back and realizes she was tortured and almost raped, she.... gets horny and fucks the MMC? like that'll fix the trauma?

This book was literally just a whole lot of nothing with bad writing. The entire plot could be summarized as "instalove + FMC will memory loss finally recalls that she was almost raped and killed in self defense. the MCs marry. the end."
This entire review has been hidden because of spoilers.

A few years back when I first discovered the ‘paranormal’ genre, I also discovered the books of the writer ‘Jacquelyn Frank’. One of her books that I loved very much was the book ‘Drink of me’. So when a friend told me this summer that she was looking for a good book to read and especially something in the likes of ‘Radiance’ (writing by the writer Grace Draven) I thought of this book.
My friend read it and just like me she loved it too. Of course, then I wanted to read it again.

The writer created a totally new world for this story, a world that I love very much. The Sanges are a very fascinated and interesting group of people. They have the perfect blend between dangerous, tough, loyal and gentle. They are very telepathic and empathic which created some interesting scenes. The mystery of Mystique was slowly revealed, little by little. I really loved it. Both Reule and Mystique were great characters, strong when they had to be but also intelligent and confident enough to let the other be himself.
The second characters (especially Reule’s ‘pack’) made this story that much more. The way that the men (pack) acted around each other, the bond between them, the teasing of each other. I loved it.
‘Drink of me’ is not a dark story. It’s told from both POV’s.

And just like so many years ago, I hope that one day the writer will decided to write a sequel of this book! My friend and I would really love to read more books of the Sange men! We really have the feeling that more stories are waiting to be writing of the Sange pack!

Very good fantasy romance. I liked this book as well as her earlier Nightwalker books (which are my favs of Frank's works). The heroine is an outlander with amenesia with injuries that were most likely the result of torture/abuse. She is rescued by Reule, the Sange's Prime (kind of like a king). The Sange have telepathic powers and some other special abilities. An usual trait is the drinking of blood, which prejudice some other people toward their race. Reule takes the heroine back to his keep and names her Mystique. When one of his key people is seriously injured, they discover that she is a healer, with special powers that help her healing abilities. I liked the main characters and supporting cast. The twist at the end when you finally find out what happened to her and who is after her kept me on the edge of my seat!

I hope to see more books written in this world--Liandra & Darcio especially! And I'd like to read more about High King Derrik and the Yesu.

I got this book wanting something short and sweet to read to wind down for bed after pulling an all nighter doing a research paper. This book was JUST what I needed. I really liked it. The characters were endearing and many parts made me smile and chuckle. I tend to consider books 150 pages or less more of a short story (Drink of Me is 156 pages), and this one is no different. However, unlike most I've read over the years, the plot in this book isn't rushed.
Although there is no cliff hanger, I still think from the way it ended, this book will be the 1st of a series. If I'm right, I look forward to reading the future books.
Would recommend.

This book had a little bit of everything.Romance, supernatural beings, and a message that everyone should consider more often-there is never a reason to discrimate against another being just because you don't understand them.It is referred to throughout this book. The characters are easy to fall in love with.I would love to spend more time with The Pack,Reule and Mystique. I would love to find out what happened between Liandra and Darcio.

Took lots of my patience... I read Jacob and I enjoyed but this one Geez. .. seems this book is not even from the same author. I confess I was captivated with the cover and the title. ..but that's it. not even one character was interesting for me and the worst was the writting, boring, confusing, I struggled to understand endless descriptions of everything.

Wow this book was awesome! I enjoyed every bit of it...Does anyone know if this is a new series? On her website it shows as being a single title but it sure doesn't feel or end like one. I hope there will be more to come =)

Ms. Frank can do no wrong as far as I'm concerned. Each book pulls me deeper and deeper into the fascinating worlds she creates. Strong heroines and sexy heroes thrown into otherwordly life and death situations consistantly makes her books wonderful
