Keep this book in your apron pocket! This is a perfect companion for anyone who likes to grill. The illustrations are instructional, easy to see, and clear. The writing is suburb. The advice is simple, yet detailed and practical. For example, they don't spend 10 pages talking about types of grills. They recommend cooking with a kettle type grill using lump charcoal for the best flavor.

Unlike other bbq and grilling books, you won't find complex or bizarre recipes, only tried and true favorites. No chipmunks stuffed with african quinoa flavored truffle butter recipes here. Only the stuff that 99% of Americans will grill: Grilled steak. Grilled lamb chops. Hamburgers. Sausage.

Currently my favorite grilling book. It keeps things simple, yet sophisticated.
