They've broken me...well, at least that's what they think.
After the year I’ve just had, I don’t know how I’m going to make it through this next one. The Demigod Trifecta has made it abundantly clear that they don’t want me here, but what choice do I have?
But not everything or everyone is quite what it seems, there’s a far darker power at play here than I ever imagined possible… The longer I stay here, the more I realize I never should have made the choice to fall. What started out as an exciting new life, has turned into what can only be described as a living nightmare…and the more I learn about the world around me, the less I seem to know.
When I’m given the chance to escape this Hell on Earth, I have to decide whether or should take it or stay and fight my way through.
Hellfire Academy year two…
Welcome to Hell.
Broken Hellfire Academy Book Two is the second installment in a dark new adult series of full-length reverse harem academy bully romances. Some scenes portray subject matter that may be extremely difficult and/or triggering for some readers. Cliffhanger warning. Read at your own risk! 18+
After that killer ending to the first book book 2 starts with Eden (MFC) being treated and cared for by the Academy Doctor. With her injuries and being a recluse as the Academy is on there holidays she has the place to herself she finds the strength to start the new school year in an inhospitable place. Still being unnoticed comes with some bonus' she finds out some secrets and some secretive people. As well as that shes finding out herself and why she is hated by the Demigods Trifecta - Thorne, Fenn and Rhys. This series just keeps getting better and Eden's character is becoming a much smarter and stronger one. Which i really like. Just a fantastic read
Wow! This second book had so much more storyline building than the first. The pieces are starting to come together and I found myself not being able to stop reading. Eden grows more in this book and we get to see the workings of the different realms. Alice gives you just enough information to keep you engaged but not everything where you'll be able to tell what's going to happen. The boys and Eden have an interesting dynamic that grows in this book. I love how we get multiple pov's and that just adds to the suspense. I can't wait to see what Alice does with the series. I loved this book that Alice definitely has a fan who will be keeping an eye on her future works. I received an arc for an honest review
Holy hellfire!! This is an awesome storyline. For me, I’ve never read anything like this story line. I love it. The characters, being angels or demons, are so unlike any characters I’ve read about before. Eden, is of course, brave. Braver than I could imagine anyone being with what she is facing. Bullies abound all around. Beware, there may be triggers in these books that may affect you. Demons can be a little more “bully” than most. I look forward, very enthusiastically, to the future books in the Hellfire Academy series and to see how Eden’s harem unites and how this spectacular story unfolds.
The second installment of the Hellfire Academy both answers and asks a lot more questions! The demigod trifecta spends a lot of the book asking questions and still being horrible to our dear sweet Eden, but about midway through they change their gameplay and appear to be nicer to learn more about her diabolical ( lmao right? Idiots she’s an angel! ) plans. Eden learns a lot more about her self, and struggles with so many enemies with no real reason to hate her. I can’t wait to see what happens now they are on the same side, the redemption is my favorite part of any bully romance!
I received an ARC of this for an honest review. I love this story however at points I felt lost. Not the kind of lost where you feel the suspense and know It will all come together the kind where you feel like you missed something you were supposed to understand. I desperately want to know what happens and I hop it all comes together. I love Edens purity and can’t wait to see how she rises above all the darkness around her.
With how book 1 left off this was a rough wait! I couldn't wait to dive back in and see how things could go. The first half of the book is a little on the slow side but I believe it is because it's all information that's going to be important for the rest of the series. What I'm saying is stick with it because it does pick up and the end of the book makes it worth all the needed info
Gutted about this book. I was so looking forward to this book to find out what happened but personally I just could get into it. Other people might and that's great but I just couldn't
An interesting read, but a lot of bullying in the first book. Not so much this book but I’m wondering whether that’s because this one is a little shorter. There’s a lot left unsaid can’t wait for the next one.
Love this series! Eden is in the middle of a whole new world trying to adapt. After what the demigod trifecta did to her after the last book I didn’t think she would recover. But now she is navigating a new set of issues with them. I hope they can redeem themselves. Can’t wait for more!
I thoroughly enjoyed Book 1 and Book 2 was just as captivating. Kept me interested throughout never a dull moment. I would definitely recommend following the series. I am eagerly awaiting the next one.
