I found the book very good understandable.
I found a lot theoretical and practical advices for a good leading of my life and another people.
Linette helped me to organize my plan for the future by finding my vision and mission and purpose statement of my life.
She showed me how important is a good leader ship and communication skills.
She encouraged me as a woman and pushed me to find the way how to improve my communication, public speaking.
She showed me nice techniques how to be more successful and patient on the way to the successes.

Author Lynette Lewis, stresses the importance of planning for you future by finding your vision, mission & purpose statement in life; reaching your professional and personal goals. She provides techniques to be more successful and patient while on your path to success, i.e. how to develop your leadership skills and improving your communication skills. I can relate to Lynette's message. I felt like she was speaking directly to me. I have had the opportunity to speak with Lynette and feel she is an geniune as the book. I love the concept of "being whole"; it explained a lot about the women I encounter everyday and gave me something to strive for as I move through my career and interactions with other women (even men).
