Over 400 recipes and 1800 step by step photos - this book is very useful because it is encyclopedic and filled with photos and a lot of good, basic recipes. I often see something that I would like to make, but then I research other recipes out there to see how I could tweak it.
A lot of interesting recipes for stuff you don't find everyday. I've used it alot. Measurements are in British units not American, so you need to do the conversion.
One of my favourite cookery/ baking books. i have used this quite a lot.Filled with colour photos of every recipe, and includes many easy , and quick bakes. (Biscuits , cakes and bread , etc) Highly recommended.
